If I place my order today, when should I expect my delivery?
Distriandina.co.uk processes most orders within 24-48 business hours of confirmation of order. You should expect to receive your order anywhere from 2-3 days after we have sent you a shipment confirmation e-mail.
We try to do everything in our power to ship as quickly as possible so you can receive your order quickly. However, there may be times when part of an order has to be backordered. In this case we will notify you and keep you updated along the way.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
