Panela is a type of sugar considered to be the purest, most natural and artisan, unbleached and unrefined, made directly from the juice extracted from sugar cane.
It is free of all kinds of chemical additives typical of the elaboration of refined sugar.
It contains a high percentage of nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
The product is made from sugar cane. During this process, at no time are chemical fertilizers or pesticides used, thus constituting a totally organic crop.
